2025 Oscars Nominees Gather for Class Photo

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences honored its 2025 Oscar nominees with a dinner at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, marking the first time since 2019 that the class photo was taken in one place. The event, which took place on Tuesday night, allowed nominees to gather together for a rare moment during the hectic awards season.

The traditional Oscars Nominees Luncheon, typically held before the main ceremony, was canceled due to the Los Angeles wildfires and subsequent delays in the AMPAS timeline. However, the 2025 nominees were able to come together at the museum’s David Geffen Theater for a pre-dinner reception, followed by the class photo.

Notable attendees included Team Wicked duo Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, as well as acting nominees Adrien Brody, Colman Domingo, and Sebastian Stan. Other notable faces in attendance were Timothée Chalamet, Sean Baker, Samantha Quan, and Ralph Fiennes.

The event was a precursor to the Oscar ceremony, which will air live on ABC on Sunday, March 2, hosted by Conan O’Brien and streaming live on Hulu from the Dolby Theater in Hollywood.
