NFL Teams See Grades Improve in Workplace Environment Survey

The NFL Players Association’s annual survey on workplace environment saw significant improvements, with a 41% increase in areas earning an A-minus or higher and a 51% decrease in areas earning a D-plus or below. The Miami Dolphins and Minnesota Vikings topped the list for the second consecutive year, followed by the Falcons, Raiders, and Chargers. Several teams made notable jumps without major facility upgrades, highlighting the importance of soft issues like family support, travel, and staffing changes. Owners received mixed ratings, with three A-grades and five D-or-below grades. The survey’s success lies in its ability to provide a platform for players to share feedback anonymously, promoting positive change within teams.
