Samsung showcased its “Project Moohan” Android XR headset for the first time in person at MWC 2025, offering a closer look at the design. While hands-on experiences were not available, the event provided several details about the headset’s comfort, visibility of internal components, and potential design changes.
The headstrap and headset padding seemed well-designed, with visible lenses and buttons. The left side of the headset also appeared to be the connection point for power. As the “Project Moohan” project is expected to be further detailed later this year, Samsung is likely to launch more information about it then.
In contrast, the Galaxy S25 Edge, another device showcased at MWC 2025, was not functional but displayed its new camera design and thin bezels around the display. Given a rumored April launch date, significant design changes seem unlikely.
