Google’s Two-Factor Authentication Test Has Failed
A user encountered a problem with the human verification process, which requires users to press and hold a button to confirm they are a human. The issue presented itself as follows:
The user reported experiencing problems accessing the page, including encountering an error message that said “Please try again”. They were unable to find any further information on how to resolve the issue or where to report a problem.
When asked for assistance, users could reference a unique ID number assigned to their request (3bff1f16-f9a5-11ef-99c4-8d6874c2c5c9) in order to receive more detailed information about how to troubleshoot the issue.
Users who claim they are bots or are unsure about where to report a problem were provided with alternative options, including sending feedback or canceling their request.
Despite being asked multiple times for assistance and receiving an option to send feedback, users reported that this was not sufficient in resolving the issue.
