Tony Hawk’s legendary skateboarding franchise is back for another round of remasters, this time featuring THPS 3 + 4. The remaster will bring the classic entries to the modern era with modern graphics and familiar gameplay, similar to last year’s THPS 1 + 2 remasters.
The new release will include all the original skate parks from both games, as well as a brand-new level called Waterpark, which promises to be a large, abandoned waterpark filled with verticality, rides, ramps, and railings. Skaters from previous remasters, including Rayssa Leal, Chloe Covell, Jamie Foy, Zion Wright, and Yuto Horigome, will return alongside newcomers.
A new soundtrack has been confirmed, but the full list hasn’t been revealed yet. However, several classic tracks from the old games will make a comeback, including “Amoeba” by Adolescents, “Ace of Spades” by Motorhead, and more. The remaster will also feature cross-platform online multiplayer for up to eight players and a robust Create-A-Park mode.
THPS 3 + 4 is set to launch on July 11th for PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam, Microsoft Store, and Battle.net). The standard version will cost $49.99, while the deluxe edition ($69.99) and collector’s edition ($129.99) offer additional bonuses, including early access to the game and exclusive in-game items. Preordering now also grants access to a playable THPS 3 + 4 demo starting today.
