RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business, a sequel to 2023’s beloved game, has been announced by developer Teyon. The new game promises to deliver more intense action sequences and thrilling gameplay, drawing inspiration from iconic sci-fi franchises like Dredd.
In Unfinished Business, players will take on the role of RoboCop in a towering OCP-built housing complex overrun by heavily armed mercenaries. With the same first-person gameplay as Rogue City, but introducing new enemies and upgrades, RoboCop must fight his way to the top while protecting innocent civilians and upholding the law.
New features include flying drones, anti-personnel turrets, armored creeps wielding massive miniguns, and jet packs, adding a thrilling layer of complexity to the gameplay. Players will also take on unique missions as Alex Murphy before becoming RoboCop, providing insight into the storyline and featuring familiar faces from the original game.
Unfinished Business is set for release on PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X this summer. The standalone sequel won’t require ownership of Rogue City, which is currently available for $9.99.
