David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife, Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff, died by self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head at her Los Angeles home in March 2024. The actress faced multiple legal issues before her death, including a $3,625 lawsuit from attorney Stacy L Sokol and a small claims case filed by married neighbors Brian Berri and Claire Weglarz.
The neighbors alleged that Pamela’s dog attacked their leashed dog during a neighborhood walk in June 2023, resulting in emergency veterinary bills of $3,067. Pamela responded to the claim, stating that her neighbor had hit her dog, which was said to have a history of aggression.
In addition to the two lawsuits, Pamela was previously sued by a contractor who claimed she refused to pay him $300 per day for work done at her home in 2018. A hearing determined she owed the contractor money, but the matter appears to have been resolved months before her death.
The Hasselhoff family has expressed sadness over Pamela’s passing and gratitude for the outpouring of love from fans, while requesting privacy during this difficult time.
