Apple Craves Google’s AI Now More Than Ever

Google is reportedly set to launch an all-new AI assistant called “Pixel Sense” along with the Pixel 10 later this year. The exclusive feature would be available only for Pixel users, but some experts think that Google should consider licensing its technology to other companies, including Apple. With Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa already surpassing Siri in terms of reliability and value, Apple needs Google’s AI expertise more than ever.

A new version of Siri is expected to debut at WWDC 2025, offering more conversational features like Gemini on Android. The upgrade will be released for iPhones in the fall, possibly after a holiday shopping rush. This move would allow Google to capitalize on its existing user base by making Pixel Sense available for iPhone users.

Google’s AI-powered features have been gaining traction with its Galaxy S25 series, and expanding this feature set to iOS could be a game-changer. With the recent introduction of Extensions on iOS 18, it’s not entirely impossible that we’ll see a similar implementation in the future.
