The United States has expressed support for Armenia and Azerbaijan’s recent conclusion of negotiations on a historic peace treaty. This agreement presents an opportunity for both nations to put aside decades-old tensions and work towards a more peaceful future.
In line with former President Trump’s vision, this treaty offers a chance for the South Caucasus region to move forward in a positive direction. The next step is for both countries to commit to the treaty, sign it into law, and ratify it through formal proceedings.
