SpaceX Crew-10 Heads to International Space Station

NASA’s SpaceX Crew-10 mission is underway as astronauts Anne McClain, Nichole Ayers, Takuya Onishi, and Kirill Peskov prepare to dock with the International Space Station. The crew will join Expedition 72 members Nick Hague, Don Petitt, Suni Williams, Butch Wilmore, Aleksandr Gorbunov, Alexey Ovchinin, and Ivan Vagner on a long-duration science mission.

The Dragon spacecraft is designed to dock autonomously, but both the crew and station teams will monitor its approach. Once docking is complete, the crew members will spend more than a year conducting scientific experiments in space.

Live coverage of the mission begins Saturday at 10:25 p.m. EDT on NASA+.
