The Powerball jackpot has reached a record-breaking $378 million after no one won the top prize in Wednesday’s drawing. The winning numbers for Saturday’s drawing are: 12, 28, 33, 36, 54 with a Powerball of 5.
Two lucky winners took home $1 million each on Wednesday, one in Colorado and the other in West Virginia. In Oregon, a player won the jackpot-winning ticket for January 18th, claiming a prize of $328.5 million.
No one matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, but there was a Match 5 + Power Play winner in Texas and another Match 5 winner in Massachusetts who took home $2 million and $1 million respectively.
To play Powerball, tickets can be purchased for $2 at various locations or online through Jackpocket. Players must choose six numbers, with five being white balls from 1 to 69 and the red Powerball ranging from 1 to 26. The “Power Play” option increases winnings by 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, or 10X.
