Loewe’s Fall/Winter 2025 presentation at Paris Fashion Week was an unconventional showcase that bypassed traditional runways in favor of a whimsical, memory-filled setting. The presentation transformed the 18th-century Hôtel de Maisons into a cabinet of curiosities, featuring mannequins dressed in animated poses and draped with pieces from Loewe’s latest collections. Artworks by British artist Anthea Hamilton and South African ceramicist Zizipho Poswa added a surreal touch to the setting. The clothing and accessories were designed in collaboration with the eponymous foundation of 20th-century abstract artists Josef and Anni Albers, blending Loewe codes with midcentury pioneers’ work.
The collection featured nods to Anderson’s past decade-long creative stewardship, including his signature “soft architectures” concept. Leather jackets, beaded organza dresses, and bold hybrids showcased the brand’s ability to reinvent itself while staying true to its heritage.
