Universal Orlando’s Epic Universe Park Revealed

Universal Orlando has unveiled an official first look at its new Epic Universe park, set to open in May. The theme park will feature five highly anticipated worlds: Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, Dark Universe, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic.

Guests can enter the park through the Chronos portal, which serves as a gateway to the immersive experience. The first world they’ll encounter is Celestial Park, offering a comet-themed roller coaster ride, food and beverage options, retail shops, and more.

In Super Nintendo World, guests will find themselves surrounded by beloved Nintendo characters, including Mario and Luigi, with interactive experiences and iconic spots like Mount Beanpole.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic transports visitors to a magical realm in 1920s Paris, complete with dining options, retail shops, live entertainment, and the thrilling “Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry” ride.

How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk takes guests on an adventure into the world of Hiccup’s Viking village, where they can fly on dragon wings, participate in a Fyre Drill boat battle, and take pictures with Toothless.

Finally, Dark Universe brings together classic Universal monsters like Dracula, The Wolf Man, and Frankenstein’s Monster, offering attractions such as “Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment,” described as its most chilling experience yet.

The grand opening of Epic Universe is scheduled for May 22, marking the fourth theme park in Universal Orlando’s history.
