Adobe Unveils AI-Powered Agents to Enhance Customer Experience

Adobe is expanding its generative AI capabilities with the launch of 10 new agents and an orchestration tool on its Adobe Experience platform. The company aims to provide a more personalized experience for enterprises and their clients through these AI-powered tools.

According to Loni Stark, vice president of strategy and product, agents will enable organizations to scale up the capacity of experience makers and increase trust in AI capabilities. The new agents include:

* Account qualification agent
* Audience agent
* Content production agent
* Data insights agent
* Data engineering agent
* Experimentation agent
* Journey agent
* Product advisor agent
* Site optimization agent
* Workflow optimization agent

These agents will help with tasks such as cross-channel engagement data analysis, content generation, and site optimization. Stark highlighted the Site Optimization agent’s ability to proactively examine a brand’s website for traffic and bounce rates and suggest fixes.

The company also introduced Brand Concierge, which allows organizations to personalize their websites for customers based on previous interactions. This feature will help build customized customer visits, with greetings, query boxes, and preloaded information tailored to individual customers’ preferences.

Adobe joins companies like Salesforce and ServiceNow in providing users with pre-built agents for specific tasks and teams. The company’s Experience Platform has seen a significant update, including an AI assistant for users, and is expected to continue innovating in the area of AI-powered customer experience management.
