The UK and European Union are discussing a plan to increase arms shipments to Ukraine before a potential full ceasefire is announced. This move comes after British Foreign Secretary David Lammy had a meeting with the EU’s top diplomat, Kaja Kallas, in London on Tuesday. The discussion also took place at the Group of Seven meeting of foreign ministers in Canada last week.
