Sunderfolk, a co-op tactical adventure game inspired by tabletop games like Gloomhaven and Dungeons & Dragons, is set to release on consoles and PC on April 23. The game, developed by Secret Door, allows players to engage in fun and easy gameplay with one to four players, using smart devices as controllers.
Players can try out Sunderfolk’s demo through Nvidia’s GeForce Now game-streaming service from March 25 to April 7. Character customization is key in the game, where each of six anthropomorphic heroes has unique strategic roles and passive abilities, represented by cards that can be personalized as players progress through the adventure.
The game will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Windows PC via Steam and Microsoft Store, and Xbox Series X. The price tag for Sunderfolk is $49.99.
In addition to Sunderfolk’s release announcement, Dreamhaven also revealed a new project, Wildgate, a crew-based first-person shooter with ship combat. Furthermore, the publisher announced that Mechabellum, an auto battler game, will be published by Dreamhaven, while Lynked: Banner of the Spark, an action-RPG, is set to exit Early Access on Steam in May 2024.
