A major change has been made to the women’s title match at WWE WrestleMania 41, with General Manager Adam Pearce announcing that Rhea Ripley will now compete in a triple threat match against IYO SKY and Bianca Belair. The announcement was made during Monday’s episode of RAW, where Pearce took blame for last week’s incident involving Ripley and SKY.
Bianca Belair expressed her discontent with the change, feeling that Ripley had unfairly been given an opportunity to compete in WrestleMania. IYO SKY, however, saw this as an opportunity to take down both opponents and signed the contract before the match was official.
The updated card for WWE WrestleMania 41 now features a triple threat women’s title match, which also includes Tiffany Stratton defending her championship against Charlotte Flair in the other women’s title bout.
