Samsung has started the rollout of its One UI 7 update to select devices, including the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6. The update weighs around 5.2GB and brings April 2024 security patches.

Samsung has finally released its highly anticipated One UI 7 update for several of its flagship devices. Starting with the Galaxy S24 series, users in South Korea can now enjoy the new operating system, which also includes security patches up to date. The update is expected to roll out to other global regions over the coming days and weeks.

Affected devices include:

* Galaxy S24
* Galaxy Z Fold 6 (F956NKSU2BYCK)
* Galaxy Z Flip 6 (F741NKSU2BYCJ)
* Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition (F958NKSU2BYCK)

Other regions, including the US, will receive their One UI 7 update on April 10. Samsung has also mentioned that more devices are expected to roll out in the coming days, including the Galaxy S24 FE and the Galaxy Tab S10 series.

The rollout comes after a delay of nearly six months compared to Google’s release of Android 15. Samsung had initially set a high bar for its new update with April 2024 security patches, which it has now delivered to users in South Korea.
