The United States has announced its roster for the inaugural 2025 4 Nations Face-Off hockey tournament. The team, led by captain Auston Matthews of the Toronto Maple Leafs, features a talented group of players including Matthew Tkachuk, Adam Fox, and Charlie McAvoy.
Goalie Connor Hellebuyck will be the starter, backed up by Jeremy Swayman and Jake Oettinger. The roster is stocked with experienced players from top NHL teams, including the Boston Bruins, New York Rangers, and Florida Panthers.
The team’s offense is led by Auston Matthews and Matthew Tkachuk, who played together on the USNTDP under-18 squad in 2014-15. Brady Tkachuk, captain of the Ottawa Senators, will also be part of the team, giving the siblings an opportunity to play together in a competitive setting.
The full roster for Team USA includes 13 forwards, 7 defensemen, and 3 goalies. The tournament is set to take place in February 2025, and it will mark the first time that the sons of Keith Tkachuk have played alongside each other in an organized competition.
