Vegan and vegetarian pizzeria Cedar Teeth is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location in the Bay View neighborhood of Milwaukee. The 2375-2379 S. Howell Ave. spot will offer indoor seating for 45 guests, along with additional outdoor space during the summer months.
The new restaurant will serve a variety of items, including homemade sourdough pizza crust and focaccia, pop tarts, and salads. Owner Hannah Roland and her husband Chris Roland, as well as their daughter Ixi, will operate the business together.
Cedar Teeth previously operated from a nearby location but used that space solely for wholesale production. The new space will accommodate all operations, including the restaurant, wholesale facility, and shared commissary space for other restaurants.
