Cuban-American Actor William Levy Arrested for Disorderly Behavior

Actor William Levy, 44, was arrested on Monday in Broward County, Florida, after causing a disturbance at an Argentinian restaurant. According to jail records, Levy was given a trespass warning and ordered not to return to the restaurant, but he continued to ignore commands from police.

Levy, who has appeared in numerous telenovelas and Hollywood films, including “Girls Trip” and Tyler Perry’s “Addicted”, was booked into the Broward County Main Jail on charges of disorderly intoxication, causing a disturbance, and trespassing. A judge granted him a $500 bond, allowing him to be released from custody.

The arrest comes after Levy was found highly intoxicated at Baires Grill, which is located in Weston, Florida. The restaurant’s employees declined to comment on the incident. This is not the first time the Levy family has been involved with local news; Christopher Levy, William’s son, was injured in a golf cart accident in 2020.

Levy remains behind bars until he can post his bond.
