Red Robin’s highly anticipated “Bottomless Burger” pass has sold out, leaving fans disappointed after the chain’s website crashed due to overwhelming traffic. The $20 pass, offered for a limited time, granted customers a burger and bottomless fries every day in May, the month of National Burger Month.
Despite efforts to prepare for increased interest, the website crashed, and all passes were quickly snatched up. Red Robin apologized for the inconvenience and is still gathering information on total traffic. However, fans can still enter for a chance to win free burgers for a year through the “Red Robin Royalty Sweepstakes.”
The pass was initially announced on April 14 and had a limited capacity of one card per customer. If used daily, it has a potential value of up to $682. Red Robin also unveiled its new summer menu, which includes BBQ pork burgers, nachos, and refreshing drinks, starting April 28 in the US and June 9 in Canada.
