Lady Gaga has announced four new tour dates in the Los Angeles area as part of her “Mayhem” Ball tour. The shows will take place at Inglewood’s Kia Forum on July 28 and 29, and August 1 and 2.
The announcement comes days after Gaga’s headlining appearance at Coachella, where she performed eight years after filling in for Beyoncé in 2017. Gaga’s “Mayhem” tour is part of a global tour supporting her latest album, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart.
In an interview with The Times, Gaga described her album as “full of my love of music – so many different genres, styles and dreams.” The album includes clubby dance tracks like “Abracadabra” and “Disease,” as well as a duet with Bruno Mars called “Die With a Smile.” Gaga said the album’s message is one of finding peace through love, which she believes helps her navigate life’s chaos.
