Nintendo has confirmed the cost of upgrading two more games from the OG Switch edition to the Switch 2 Edition: Kirby and the Forgotten Land and Super Mario Party Jamboree.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom cost $9.99 each to upgrade, while the Kirby and the Forgotten Land upgrade costs more than double that price. The Kirby and the Forgotten Land upgrade pack is listed at £16.99 / €19.99 in the UK Nintendo eShop, suggesting a price of $19.99 in the US.
The Super Mario Party Jamboree upgrade also costs $19.99, with new content including a TV suite that takes advantage of the Switch 2’s Joy-Con 2 mouse controls and USB-C camera. The games’ OG Switch versions are priced at $59.99 each, while their Switch 2 Edition counterparts cost $79.99.
Nintendo Switch 2 pre-orders went live on April 24, with prices still fixed at $449.99. However, some customers who applied for a pre-order through the My Nintendo Store may not receive their console due to high demand.
