Diddy’s “Freak Off” Videos to Remain Sealed in Sex-Trafficking Trial

Sean Combs, accused of sex trafficking and racketeering, wants the court to seal his explicit videos, known as “freak offs,” which prosecutors plan to use as evidence. The videos allegedly feature Combs performing and recording elaborate sexual acts, including those with victims Cassie Ventura and four other women.

Prosecutors argue that these sensitive videos should only be viewed by jurors, not the public or media. They claim the videos are too explicit and could compromise their case. Combs’ defense team counters that some of the witnesses, including Ventura, may have consented to participate in “freak offs” and therefore shouldn’t be able to testify about them.

US District Judge Arun Subramanian is weighing the request, citing a similar case where R. Kelly’s trial used similar procedures to keep the public at bay. The judge has also allowed Combs’ team to cross-examine Ventura with drafts of her memoir, but has blocked requests for other sensitive information.
