NFL Draft Star Pranked by Falcons Son’s Number Hack

College football star Shedeur Sanders was targeted in a prank call by someone pretending to be New Orleans Saints’ general manager Mickey Loomis on the second night of the NFL draft. The culprit, 21-year-old Jax Ulbrich, son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich, obtained Sanders’ phone number from his family’s iPad and made the call after revealing that he was going to take him with the next pick. However, the ‘pick’ turned out to be a prank as Sanders was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fifth round. The Falcons apologized for Jax’s actions, stating that their assistant coach was unaware of the data exposure or the prank until after the fact.
