The Oscar and Grammy winner discusses his gratitude towards those who prayed for his recovery and addresses online speculation surrounding his health.
Foxx was sidelined by a serious medical complication in April 2023, which led to a 20-day hospital stay with no memory of the incident. He recently revealed that it started with a bad headache but refused to disclose the official cause.
In an earlier interview, Foxx stated that he would share the story “in a funny way” and return to his stand-up roots. The special is executive produced by Foxx, along with several other producers, and has been filmed in Atlanta.
