British PM Keir Starmer’s Residence Targeted by Arson Attacks

A Ukrainian man has been detained by a London court in connection with a series of fires targeting properties linked to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Roman Lavrynovych, 21, is charged with three counts of arson and faces charges that could endanger life. The investigation was led by the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command due to the property’s connections to the high-profile public figure.

Starmer has condemned the attacks as an attack on democracy and values, while prosecutors say Lavrynovych denied the charges in police interviews. No one was injured during the incidents, which took place at Starmer’s former residence and a car. The motive behind the attacks remains unclear.
