A national chain restaurant, Bahama Breeze, has closed its last location in Massachusetts, following a poor sales report. The 15 remaining locations across the US, including the Tyngsboro restaurant, were shuttered suddenly, with parent company Darden Restaurants citing the closures as “the right decision” to focus on high-performing restaurants and strengthen the brand’s overall performance. The closures come after a 7% decline in sales over the past year. Bahama Breeze, known for its Caribbean-inspired food and drinks, joins other recently closed locations in Florida, New Jersey, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Tennessee.
