US Sprinter Gabby Thomas Alleged Abuse at Track Meet

Grand Slam Track is investigating an alleged abuse incident involving three-time Olympic gold medallist Gabby Thomas. On Monday, Thomas posted on social media that a man had followed her around the track and shouted personal insults while she signed autographs for fans.

The man, who posts sports betting videos on YouTube, claimed that his heckling of Thomas helped him win money after she finished fourth in the 100m race. The event organizers have issued a statement condemning the behavior and announcing their full investigation into the matter.

“We are working to identify the individual involved and will take appropriate action as necessary,” said the statement. “Despicable behaviour like this will not be tolerated.” Grand Slam Track has also promised to implement additional safeguards to prevent similar incidents in the future.
