Researchers at the University of Toronto have found that daily coffee consumption is associated with healthier aging. A large-scale study discovered that women who drank two to four cups of coffee per day were more likely to reach old age without major chronic diseases and maintain their physical, cognitive, and mental health. The study revealed a 2-5% higher odds of healthy aging for each additional cup of caffeinated coffee consumed daily in middle age.
