Luca de Meo, the current CEO of Renault, has stepped down from his position to become the new leader of luxury fashion group Kering. The news comes as Renault and Kering are part of the same parent company, OTB (Oberthur Technologies and BPI), which also owns Puma and other brands. De Meo’s appointment is seen as a strategic move by the company to strengthen its presence in the global market.
