Amazon’s highly anticipated Prime Day event is back for its fifth year, with a new twist. This summer, Prime members will have four days to shop millions of deals on the world’s largest online retailer. The event starts on July 8 at midnight and runs until midnight on July 11.
New features this year include “Today’s Big Deals,” daily deal drops featuring top brands like Samsung, Kiehl’s, and Levi’s, exclusive to Prime members. Members can also enjoy deep discounts across various categories, including home improvement, back-to-school supplies, health and personal care finds, family-favorite toys, best-selling books, pet essentials, and premium and luxury splurges.
Basketball superstar LeBron James stars in Amazon’s new Prime Day commercial campaign, imagining how Prime Day deals can help him figure out what’s next in his legendary career. Prime members can also shop exclusive deals from LeBron’s brand The Shop Men’s Grooming Line, available on Amazon.
For students and parents, Amazon’s Back to School and Off to College Shops offer a wide range of deals on school tech starting at $15, savings up to 40% off school supplies, and discounts on top categories like laptops, fashion, home, and books. Prime members can also take advantage of early deals on Amazon Essentials and Amazon Basics.
To prepare for Prime Day, Prime members can use Amazon’s generative AI-powered shopping features, such as Rufus, Interests, Shopping Guides, and Alexa+. These tools provide personalized deal recommendations, help track deals on items in your cart or wish list, and proactively notify you when an item drops into your preferred price range.
Prime Day will take place in multiple countries worldwide, including the US, UK, Australia, and many more. Prime members can shop from anywhere, with access to exclusive deals that start July 8 at midnight.
