Walmart has confirmed a new Nintendo Switch 2 restock, set to take place on June 25 at 9pm ET/6pm PT. However, there’s a catch – customers will need a paid Walmart+ membership to access the console during an exclusive “early access” period.
The restock will include both the standalone Switch 2 console and the Mario Kart World bundle. The Shortcut subscribers have access to exclusive early notifications, including priority alerts in our Substack Chat and on X.
To get more information, follow Matt Swider on X and turn on notifications. The $12.95 Walmart+ membership offers a paywall that cuts down on bots and resellers, making the console easier to buy.
The Shortcut has been tracking Switch 2 restocks since April 24, providing up-to-date information on inventory levels and restock schedules. Our alerts have helped thousands of gamers secure consoles.
Walmart leads in terms of inventory, with Best Buy catching up with online orders for in-store pick-ups. The Shortcut’s restock tracker data shows that the June 25 timetable makes sense for another large-scale Switch 2 restock.
Note: A paid membership is required to access the console during the early access period.
