Mega Mansion with Lazy River Sells for $15.5M in Las Vegas

A luxury megamansion in the Southern Highlands community of Las Vegas has sold for $15.5 million, nearly 20% off its last asking price of $19.75 million. The eight-bedroom home, built in 2020, spans over 18,000 square feet and features a grand entry with an imperial staircase, an oculus skylight, and a full-floor dedicated to entertaining.

The mansion boasts expansive common areas with sliding doors leading to a covered patio overlooking the outdoor recreation area. The property includes a circular man-made river, a waterfall, and a water slide built into the landscaping. The main pool area features a full-scale salon, a karaoke room, and a cinema room, while the upper level is dedicated to the primary suite plus two accessory bedrooms.

The 1.36-acre property also includes a putting green, a pickleball court, a guest casita, and a six-car garage. Built by its owner, Bill Piercey, for $7.75 million, the mansion was purchased mid-construction and underwent significant renovations at an estimated cost of $14 million.

The sale marks a notable price drop from the original asking price of $25 million in 2023. Ivan Sher, who facilitated the sale, described the property as “Mediterranean-esque on the exterior, with a tiled roof and columned entryway, but more modern and slick on the interiors.”
