Anne Hathaway will reprise her role as Andy Sachs, a young journalist who lands a coveted job at Runway magazine under the demanding Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep). Emily Blunt will return as Emily Charlton, Andy’s rival-turned-friend. Stanley Tucci will once again play Nigel Kipling, the art director of Runway.
Newcomer Kenneth Branagh will join the cast as Miranda’s husband, adding a new layer to the story. The film is set to explore the challenges facing the publishing industry and its struggles with diminishing state.
