Design software firm Figma has disclosed its financial information in a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing, revealing $749 million in revenue for 2024 with a 17% profit margin. The company’s growth is strong, with revenue increasing by 48% from the previous year.
Figma’s size is comparable to that of Adobe but smaller than Canva on its balance sheet. The software boasts high install numbers, claiming 13 million monthly users and using 95% of Fortune 500 businesses. Notably, two-thirds of these users are non-designers.
The company’s public debut date and share pricing have not been determined yet. Figma will be listed under the NYSE symbol “FIG.”
