Mahomes Heeds Brady’s Advice on Legacy and Revenge Tour

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently spoke about the advice he received from seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady after their team’s Super Bowl loss to the Eagles. Brady told Yahoo Sports that Mahomes has the mentality of a great player, having the will to win and being a great leader.

Mahomes shared these words during an interview on “Up & Adams,” saying it motivates him even more to continue working hard and leading his team to success. He also mentioned that Brady advises people to be themselves and not try to fake their way through football. Mahomes agrees with this approach, stating that he always tries to do so in order to earn the respect of his teammates.

The loss to the Eagles has led some fans to believe that the Chiefs’ dynasty is over, but Mahomes disagrees, saying he’s ready for a revenge tour and wants to win another Super Bowl. However, he prefers to focus on the upcoming season rather than dwelling on past losses. “I’m honestly just ready to play football again,” he said. “I want to go out there and show who we are as the Kansas City Chiefs.”
