The Great Minnesota Get Together has announced nearly three dozen new foods that will be available for attendees this year, bringing the total menu options to nearly 1,600. Among the new vendors are Beans and Beignets, Chocolate Strawberry cup, Greater Tater, Lumpia City, Magdalena’s Chimney Cakes, Hoyo Sambusa, Urban Glow Mocktails as well as Midtown Global Market’s Irie Jamaican and its Oasis Grill.
New additions to the menu include Afro Bean Pops, a vegan gluten-free item; Athena’s Whipped Feta, a vegetarian option at Dino’s Gyros; Birthday cake Cookie Dough On-a-Stick, a vegetarian option at Kora and Mila’s Cookie Dough on Dan Patch Avenue; Bison Meatball Sub, available at Minnesota Farmers union Coffee Shop.
Other new options include Cannoli Gelato Nachos at Mancini’s al Fresco, Caprese Curds with Italian seasoning served at Lulu’s Public House, Cherry Bigfoot Limeade Float, Chicken-Fried Bacon Fries, Cinna-sugar Crust Tidbits, Croffle Cloud, Deep-Fried Tofuego Bites.
Dill Pickle Iced Tea and Fawaffle are two vegan options available. Flauta Dippers, Freaky Fryday, Grandma Doreen’s Dessert Dog, Green Apple Sucker Ice Cream, Hot Honey Jalapeno Popper Donut, Hot Honey Pizza Ballzz, Hula Kalua Pork, Land of 10,000 Cakes, Patisserie Sweets in Two Varieties, Pimento Cheese Puffs, Pizza Cheese Curd Tacos, Pot of Gold Potato Dumplings, Shrimp & Pork Toast On-A-Stick, Smashadilla, Somali Street Fries, Sweet Squeakers, Tandoori Chicken Quesaratha, Triple Chocolate Mini Donuts, Uncrustaburger.
The new food items can be found at various vendors throughout the state fair grounds.
