Cyberpunk 2077 developer CDPR has made a rare move by announcing the Mac version of their popular game will launch on compatible systems, albeit with some limitations. The Mac version will only be available on machines with 16GB or more of unified memory.
However, fans are confused about the timing and content of the upcoming Update 2.3, which is scheduled to drop alongside the Mac release on July 17. Some reports suggest new cars and photo mode features, but these were already added in the older 2.2 update.
To alleviate confusion, CDPR announced a livestream tomorrow to discuss the update’s contents. Fans are eagerly awaiting the announcement, and some have expressed their excitement about potential new missions or mini-expansions.
In reality, Update 2.3 is expected to be similar to previous updates, with minor features such as new cars, cosmetic changes, and quality-of-life improvements.
