Budget airline Ryanair is considering increasing the bonus paid to staff who identify oversized luggage, as part of efforts to combat excess baggage fees. The airline currently pays around €1.50 per bag for these instances, with a cap of about €80 per month. This move aims to incentivize staff to be more vigilant in detecting and reporting oversized luggage, which can be brought on board for an additional fee.
