Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Gets Third-Person Mode Update

Ubisoft’s Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is set for a free update on December 5th, adding two major features ahead of the release of the third Avatar film, Fire and Ash.

The new update will include a third-person mode, which allows players to switch seamlessly between first- and third-person perspectives. The feature has been reworked with improved animations, controls, and camera systems.

Additionally, New Game+ mode will be added, enabling players to replay the game with their existing inventory and skills against tougher enemies. A new skill tree and stronger gear will also be introduced to aid players in their journey.

This update follows previous additions such as The Sky Breaker and Secrets of the Spires, which expanded the game’s story. Other quality-of-life improvements include an enhanced Hunters Guide and a 40fps mode for consoles.

The update arrives on the third anniversary of the game’s launch and is expected to bring significant enhancements to the open-world experience.
