Carson Beck Leads Miami Hurricanes into Pivotal Season

Miami Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck is fully recovered from a surgery to repair his right elbow and has been cleared by coach Mario Cristobal to participate in full intensity. Beck expressed excitement about the upcoming season, saying he’s felt 100% healthy for some time now. The team is leaning on Beck to lead them into the College Football Playoff conversation, having come close last year with a 10-3 record. With key players gone from the previous season, Beck will be joined by a new cast of talented receivers and tight ends, including incoming transfers CJ Daniels, Tony Johnson, and Keelan Marion. As Beck prepares for his debut against Notre Dame on August 31, he’s focusing on building relationships with his teammates and improving his game. Cristobal described Beck as “Extremely intelligent” and a “tremendous competitor” with high football IQ and accuracy. With the team’s goal to make a deep playoff run, Beck is confident that his new team will be successful.
