Atari 50 is set to launch a new Namco Legendary Pack, offering a collection of classic games from the Japanese publisher, including Pac-Man and Dig Dug. The pack will feature an interactive timeline showcasing Namco’s history on Atari hardware.
The package includes three versions of Pac-Man for different consoles: 2600, 5200, and Atari 8-bit. It also features US arcade versions of Dig Dug and Xevious, as well as home console versions of Galaga, Xevious, Galaxian, and Dig Dug. The Namco Legendary Pack will be available on Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch “soon”.
This new DLC follows last year’s Intellivision-themed release and marks the first re-release of Pac-Man games on consoles. Atari 50 has already released an Expanded Edition, combining its base game with Wider World of Atari DLC featuring over 150 titles.
