NASCAR 25 Hits Consoles on October 14th

The highly anticipated racing game NASCAR 25 has finally secured a release date for console players. Developed by Monster Games, which is backed by iRacing, the game will be available on October 14th.

As expected, the game promises to deliver a realistic simulation of the oval series, with laser-scanned tracks taken from the main iRacing sim and detailed car models. However, unlike its parent title, NASCAR 25 will take a more casual approach for players who aren’t hardcore racing enthusiasts.

The game’s graphics engine is Unreal Engine, while Monster Games will utilize its own physics engine developed from its World of Outlaws dirt racing game. The development process has been transparent, with regular updates through diary-style videos showcasing the game’s progress.

Production for actual gameplay footage was initially delayed but is expected to be completed in late August, according to producer Matt Lewis. With a busy release schedule ahead, including an upcoming arcade racing title from iRacing Studios, NASCAR 25 fans can eagerly anticipate its console arrival.
