They reported three leaks already, prompting the homeowner to seek insurance involvement. The estimated cost of copper materials, excluding labor costs, is now between $6,000 to $7,000.
The tariff’s impact on small businesses like Coronel’s is significant, as it reduces consumer spending and increases uncertainty. “It’s slowing down our business,” said Coronel. “People are scared to spend money due to the price increase.” Despite this, he emphasizes that his team must keep pushing forward to meet their obligations.
