Los Angeles hosted the world premiere of “A Complete Unknown”, a biopic about Bob Dylan’s life, directed by James Mangold and starring Timothée Chalamet as the iconic musician. The film also features an ensemble cast, including Elle Fanning, Edward Norton, Monica Barbaro, Boyd Holbrook, Scoot McNairy, and many more.
The movie follows Dylan’s transformation from a young musician in New York City in 1961 to his electric performances at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965. Chalamet sings and stars as Dylan, chronicling the pivotal moment that cemented his legacy as the voice of a generation.
A Complete Unknown is scheduled for release on December 25, 2024, by Searchlight Pictures. The film premiered at the Hollywood Dolby Theatre on December 10, 2024, where many stars, including Mangold and Chalamet, attended the event.
