Four more teams are on the verge of securing playoff spots this week. The Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings can all clinch berths with varying scenarios.
The Texans’ path involves beating the Dolphins on Sunday while the Colts lose in Denver. If successful, they’ll also secure the AFC South title for the second consecutive season.
The Steelers have a straightforward route: defeating the Eagles or riding the coattails of a Dolphins and Colts loss. A tie by both teams would also benefit the Steelers.
In the NFC, the Vikings can seal their spot with a home win against the Bears. Ties, Rams losses, or Seahawks losses will also secure their playoff spot.
The Packers are more uncertain but still have a chance: winning, losing Falcons, or tying between the Rams and 49ers. The Eagles’ fate is sealed; they’ll clinch the NFC East division with a win and Commanders loss or tie.
