The title “Brand New Day” suggests that Spider-Man: Brand New Day will deviate from the studio’s previous approach, embracing a more classic feel reminiscent of the 2017 film. Holland expressed his excitement about reprising the role, stating that it feels like making an old friend again. The cast includes Zendaya as MJ and newcomers Sadie Sink and Liza Colón-Zayas.
Production is set to begin after both Holland and co-star Zendaya complete filming Christopher Nolan’s upcoming project, The Odyssey. Fans can expect a fresh take on the character, with Cretton at the helm.
