Ghost, a popular newsletter platform, has introduced a feature that allows publishers to syndicate their content across social platforms like Bluesky, Threads, and Mastodon. With its free social web syndication tool, users can now easily share their newsletters and blog posts on various social media platforms.
The new feature is built on the ActivityPub protocol and enables users to follow publications from any social web client. Additionally, Ghost has launched a native analytics suite that allows publishers to track engagement with their audience in real-time. This feature enables users to filter data by audience and understand what content is resonating with their public visitors, free members, and paid members.
However, Ghost’s 6.0 release also includes price changes for its Ghost(Pro) plans. The cheapest plan has been increased from $9 per month to $15 per month, while the publisher plan now starts at $29 per month. Users who pay less than the new prices will still retain their lower pricing.
In a positive note, Ghost’s publishers have earned over $100 million in revenue since joining the platform. This milestone demonstrates the growing popularity and financial success of the newsletter industry on Ghost.
